Wauchula CRA Housing Assistance Program

The Wauchula Community Redevelopment Agency has constructed three (3) homes located at 705 S. 8^th Avenue, 711 S. 8^th Avenue, and 722 S. 7^th Avenue, all located in Wauchula, Florida 33873, for the purpose with the intent to sell the homes as part of the Home Assistance Grant Program.

The homes are each listed at $250,000.  As part of the program, a qualified applicant will receive a $50,000 grant issued as a credit at closing to assist with the purchase.  Applications must be made by those interested within 30 days after the date of publication of this notice.
