Accepting applications for a Maintenance Technician position. Offers competitive wages, and an excellent benefits package. High school diploma or GED equivalency is required. Requires valid Florida driver’s license. Must have strong working knowledge of all relevant carpentry tools and equipment; strong working knowledge of building codes and correct construction techniques, knowledge of concrete forming & finishing desirable but not required..
