City Clerk
The City Commission appoints the City Clerk, who shall serve upon such terms and for such compensation as the city commission may set. The Clerk shall keep the Journal of Commission, an accurate and complete record of all proceedings of Commission (authenticated by the Clerkâs signature), have custody of all laws, ordinances, and resolutions of Commission, have custody of all official documents, reports, papers, and files of Commission, and performs other such duties as required by Commission.
