NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

The City Commission of the City of Wauchula will hold an Emergency Meeting Monday, March 23, 2020 at 5:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as it reasonably can be held to approve Ordinance 2020-03, Ordinance 2020-04, Resolution 2020-05 and any other business that may come before the Commission.

The meetings will be held at the Commission Chambers located at 225 East Main Street, Wauchula, FL  33873.

Pursuant to Section 286.0107, Florida Statutes, as amended, the City Commission hereby advises that if any interested person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at the proceedings, he will need a record of the proceeding and that, for such purposes, he may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
