The goal of the Wauchula Planning and Zoning
Department is to be your primary source of information for
all matters related to Wauchula's development process including
the minimum standard for buildings, lot sizes, setbacks, and

The City of Wauchula has adopted a Land
Development Code that encourages orderly growth and the
