The Wauchula City Commission has declared the property at 513 North 8th Avenue, 711 South 8th Avenue, and 325 Melendy Street Wauchula, Florida 33873 as “Surplus Properties”. The City of Wauchula will be accepting sealed bids for the “Surplus Properties” in the City Clerk’s Office located at 126 South 7th Avenue, Wauchula, Florida 33873 until 12:00 noon on the last business day of each month, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids will continue to be accepted until the “Surplus Properties” are sold.
No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 30 days. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise.
