2016 Fair Housing Poster Contest Winners recognized
In an effort to promote Fair Housing and to celebrate National Fair Housing Month, the City of Wauchula held a Fair Housing poster contest with students from Wauchula Elementary School.  This year's theme was "United we stand, united we live."  The contest opened in March 2016 with all submissions due by April 6, 2016.

Winners were selected in three categories: Kindergarten - 1st Grade, 2nd Grade - 3rd Grade and 4th- 5th grade.  In addition to being recognized at the school, the winners were all recognized and awarded a prize at the April 11, 2016 City Commission meeting.  The City of Wauchula congratulates the winners and thanks Wauchula Elementary School for participating.
